Pech Home Concierge was created from a simple realization: even the most beautiful homes and well-designed spaces come with constant demands, and many homeowners in Bend and Central Oregon were missing a trusted, professional solution to manage it all with ease.

As a local real estate advisor, I, Lacie Pech, saw this gap firsthand. Clients would close on a home and then immediately ask, “Who do you trust for maintenance? For projects? For seasonal care? For emergencies when we’re out of town?” Busy families, second-home owners, and investors all needed more than a list of vendors. Together with my husband, Travis, a licensed contractor and owner of a local construction company, we bring a unique blend of real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and deep community roots.
